I’m Felix Flores, the founder of Skill & Stride, based in San Antonio, Texas. My work brings together AI, cybersecurity, education, and workforce development.
EXPERIENCE WITH PURPOSE

Throughout my career, I’ve helped people understand technology, supported teams solving technical problems, and worked with employers and community partners to strengthen pathways into work.
Today, I serve as an Instructional AI/Technology Specialist at Texas A&M University–San Antonio, supporting Alamo Bridges and Transition University. My work includes developing learning resources and providing training on AI, assistive technology, and emerging tools for a wide range of audiences.
Previously, I supported workforce initiatives and employer partnerships as a Senior Program Analyst with the City of San Antonio. I also held information security roles at Citi and Pearson.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Assurance & Cybersecurity from Texas A&M University–San Antonio and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Cyber Security.
